Who are Foster Parents? Foster Parents are men and women, at least 21 years of age, who are dedicated caregivers providing individualized support and services in their own home or community. Our foster parents build meaningful relationships with the children and youth in their home while providing nurturing support, stability and involvement in family and community activities.

What Is Therepeutic Foster Care?
Therapeutic Foster Care (TFC) delivers individualized and structured treatment for at-risk children and youth in a family or community settings. These programs serve children who require a higher level of care and clinical support than traditional foster care models.
